Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a technology-focused company or digital product environment;
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile/Scrum;
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (e.g., backend, frontend, DevOps);
  • Strong track record of delivering complex projects in environments with strict reliability and uptime requirements;
  • Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs and apply them to improve delivery and operational excellence;
  • Experience working in industries with fast release cycles, live systems, and customer-facing platforms;
  • Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
  • Experience with iGaming will be a plus.
