This position requires an individual with a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership qualities, and a deep commitment to driving innovative solutions. - Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management strategies, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, technology, sustainability, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and best practices across projects. - Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. - Effectively manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance. - Utilize project management software and tools to enhance project planning, tracking, and reporting. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. - A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role. - Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the engineering, technology, or sustainability sectors. - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. - Prior hands-on experience with construction ERP systems such as Spectrum and/or Trimble. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets. - Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar tools. - Commitment to Legence's mission of sustainability and building efficiency.
