Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a track record of hiring top-tier engineering talent
  • Familiarity with AI/ML/Research talent market
  • Ability to run full cycle hiring across Engineering and Product Operations
  • Comfortable doing hands on work across sourcing, screen calls and recruiting events.
