Technical Operations Manager
Leidos
• Leading a multi-discipline team with the DoD High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) • Providing user support, developing and maintaining program web sites, data analysis and visualization, database administration and development, system administration, and HPC software management • Ensuring adequate staffing for all cross-center functions • Daily communication with senior HPCMP government staff setting priorities and ensuring the technical team meets the center’s needs • Ensuring all deliverables are met and are of the highest quality • Maintaining and reporting the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the cross-center team • Developing and implementing key technology innovations across the program
Job Requirements
- BA/BS and 8 years prior relevant experience or master’s with 6 years prior relevant experience
- Experience supervising or leading cross functional teams or projects
- Experience working with a large scale, highly technical customer base
- Experience with Linux
- Experience managing a geographically distributed team
- Must hold an active in scope Secret clearance prior to start. (US Citizenship required)

The Contract Manager serves as the subject matter expert in support of contracting initiatives and data audits to enhance provider networks while meeting and exceeding accessibility, compliance, quality, and financial goals. Responsible for reviewing, building and auditing complex contract and network data, support recruitment efforts, and collaborating on negotiations as needed. Role/Responsibilities • Negotiates, executes, reviews, and analyzes contracts and/or handles dispute resolution and settlement negotiations with solo, small group, or local providers, including SCAs, LOAs, and PPAs. • Manages contract performance in support of network quality, availability, and financial goals and strategies. • Recruits providers to ensure attainment of network expansion and adequacy targets. • Collaborates cross-functionally to contribute to provider compensation and pricing development activities and recommendations, submission of contractual information, and the review and analysis of reports as part of negotiation and reimbursement modeling activities. • Responsible for identifying and making recommendations to manage cost issues and supporting cost saving initiatives and/or settlement activities. • Provides network development, maintenance, and refinement activities and strategies in support of cross-market network management unit. Assists with the design, development, management, and or implementation of strategic network configurations, including integration activities. • May optimize interaction with assigned providers and internal business partners to manage relationships and ensure provider needs are met. • Ensures resolution of escalated issues related, but not limited to, claims payment, contract interpretation and parameters, or accuracy of provider contract or demographic information. • Interprets contractual requirements including federal and state regulations and NCQA. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of working knowledge in the healthcare industry, including competitor strategies, complex contracting options, value based contracting, financial and contracting arrangements, and regulatory requirements. • 3+ years of experience in provider relationship management or related healthcare roles, with proven and proficient contract management skills. • Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills. • Candidates must reside in Minnesota. • Knowledge of the Minnesota healthcare market. Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge and/or experience in provider network contracting. • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Education: • Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of professional work experience and education. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. • Develop control systems that will drive consistent, reliable, and accurate assessment of the financial position for all construction projects • Manage the cost coding system within the construction team and integrate within financial systems • Proactively manage budgets and potential impact to budgets • Identify project risks and opportunities and potential financial impact • Ensure disciplined change management is implemented across the project
• Plan project on-site activities with Project Manager including necessary local resources, equipment, and milestones • Coordinate the agreement between customer and external resources on construction targets, health and safety and environment requirements, site organization and policy • Conduct activities according to the Building Law: notification of start & end site works, construction logbook, permission to use from local authorities • Direct supervision of work realization on the basis of contract requirements, technical documentation, schedules and work organization plans, quality, control and tests • Control project cost for the project site work, monitor actual spend against forecasts and estimate final cost for the same • Coordinate works and acceptance of construction works provided by subcontractors • Ensure correct handling, storage and installation of Hitachi Energy delivered equipment, coordinating on-site storage as well as shipment logistics to secure timely site delivery of equipment and material
