Senior Cost Manager

NTT Global Data Centers

• Develop control systems that will drive consistent, reliable, and accurate assessment of the financial position for all construction projects • Manage the cost coding system within the construction team and integrate within financial systems • Proactively manage budgets and potential impact to budgets • Identify project risks and opportunities and potential financial impact • Ensure disciplined change management is implemented across the project

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent education and/or relevant experience
  • 10 years’ experience with construction cost management responsibilities
  • Experience with Construction Cost Accounting Software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with computers including Microsoft programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong capability using Excel to analyze large data sets
