• Lead the Certinia PSA POC initiative from initiation through executive recommendation and transition to full implementation. • Define project scope, success criteria, measurable outcomes, and decision gates for POC validation. • Drive full lifecycle implementation planning including integrations (NetSuite, CRM, data platforms), reporting design, and data migration strategy. • Establish and maintain project governance structure, executive steering cadence, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and cross-functional alignment. • Partner with Finance, Professional Services, IT, and Reporting teams to define process flows, system configurations, and operational impacts. • Develop detailed project plans including environment strategy, cutover planning, and operational readiness. • Identify integration dependencies, architectural considerations, and technical constraints in collaboration with SMEs. • Manage external vendors, Certinia resources, and system integrators including SOW alignment, delivery tracking, and escalation management. • Lead UAT coordination and ensure readiness for go-live and steady-state support transition. • Provide executive-level reporting including clear articulation of risks, trade-offs, financial impacts, and implementation readiness. • Rapidly establish credibility with stakeholders and take ownership of outcomes, driving clarity and momentum across teams. • Lead post-implementation reviews and support transition to steady-state operations, ensuring operational handoff materials are provided by the appropriate technical owners. • Support additional Enterprise Systems or Reporting initiatives as bandwidth allows.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
- B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited university.
- Direct experience implementing PSA, ERP, or financial systems (Certinia strongly preferred; Salesforce platform experience highly desirable).
- Demonstrated experience leading projects from POC validation through enterprise rollout.
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration strategy, system architecture dependencies, and reporting frameworks.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, IT, Services Operations, and Executive leadership.
- Proven ability to enter ambiguous environments, establish structure quickly, and drive execution with confidence and accountability.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and SOW-based engagements.
- Exceptional attention to detail with disciplined project governance and documentation practices.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid project environments.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
