Why Join This Team The Senior Technical Project Manager owns the delivery and operational strategy of mid-to-high complexity GenAI data programs, including multi-workstream initiatives and strategic pilots. This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence and commercial growth and play a pivotal role which drives scalable delivery and provides expert consultancy for complex RFPs. You will be responsible for ensuring our programs are financially predictable, operationally rigorous, and fundamentally engineered for long term client success. Your Impact - Lead end-to-end execution of complex GenAI data programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. - Define delivery strategy, including methodology, governance model, risk approach, and workforce structure. - Establish scalable operating models that improve productivity, reduce rework, and accelerate time-to-production. - Own program forecasting and performance visibility, ensuring financial and operational predictability. - Shape quality frameworks across pilots and scaled programs to meet evolving client expectations. - Act as senior escalation lead for delivery risks impacting workflow, productivity, or quality. - Partner with Client Partners and customers to refine scope, align execution strategy, and identify expansion opportunities. - Lead structured post-project reviews, converting insights into systemic delivery improvements and future growth opportunities. What You Bring - 7+ years of experience leading complex technical or AI-related programs in fast-moving environments. - Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder ecosystems across technical, operational, and commercial teams. - Strong understanding of GenAI or AI data workflows and delivery governance models. - Proven capability in financial and operational forecasting within program environments. - Advanced risk management judgment in ambiguous or high-change contexts. - High data fluency with the ability to interpret metrics and drive performance-based decisions. - Strong executive communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders. - PMP or equivalent project leadership credential preferred. The total target compensation for this full-time role ranges from $110,000–$140,000 USD annually, inclusive of base salary and performance-based incentive. Actual compensation is determined based on role, level, experience and technical expertise.
