Role Description We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our web and mobile applications. This role will be responsible for: - Designing and executing manual test plans - Identifying defects - Validating new functionality - Ensuring high-quality releases across our software platforms - Contributing to improving our testing processes - Expanding our automated testing capability over time Initially, the successful candidate will focus on testing our iOS and Android applications, with the opportunity to support our future migration to a Kotlin-based mobile platform. This is not a software development role; we're looking for someone who takes ownership of software quality and enjoys identifying issues before they reach our customers. Key Responsibilities - Functional Testing - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases - Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across web and mobile applications - Validate new and changed features against requirements, specifications, and intended user outcomes prior to release - Verify bug fixes before production deployment - Identify, document, and prioritize software defects - Maintain testing documentation and quality standards - Mobile Application Testing - Current Platforms - Test native iOS applications - Test native Android applications - Validate application functionality across multiple devices and OS versions - Test offline functionality and background behaviour - Validate push notifications and permissions - Perform device orientation and usability testing - Support beta testing through TestFlight - Future Platforms - Support testing of Kotlin-based Android applications as products transition to Kotlin - Release Validation - Verify production readiness before releases - Validate fixes following deployments - Assist with release sign-off - Ensure defects are appropriately documented and retested - Documentation - Create detailed test and bug reports - Maintain testing documentation - Develop reusable regression test suites - Document testing procedures and outcomes - Produce release-readiness summaries that give the team confidence to ship - Process Improvement - Improve QA workflows and testing processes - Establish repeatable testing standards - Contribute to release processes and quality metrics Qualifications - At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance (QA), including manual testing of web and mobile applications - Strong experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools - Proficiency with Jira, test case management, bug reporting, and defect tracking - Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, test execution, and quality assurance best practices - Experience building or maintaining automated test suites - Willingness to learn CI/CD, release engineering, and deployment tooling - Ability to communicate technical issues clearly Preferred Skills - Automated testing frameworks - SQL/database testing - CI/CD environments - Agile development environments - Experience with TestFlight - Familiarity with the Apple App Store release process and Google Play Console - Experience installing and testing APK/AAB builds - Exposure to Android Studio, Kotlin, mobile debugging, and crash log analysis Work Arrangement & Expectations - This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement - Successful candidates will be expected to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work - Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)

• Support the Quality Assurance (QA) program across multiple locations. • Execute QA processes, analyze performance data, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. • Coordinate and execute Quality Assurance activities such as sampling, reporting, document archival, and process tracking. • Assist in developing action plans for performance improvement initiatives. • Conduct quality assurance reviews and analyze results to identify performance gaps. • Communicate program updates and changes in standard operating procedures to relevant stakeholders. • Monitor program performance against service-level agreements and performance standards. • Regular communication with the Global Partners QA teams.

• Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with product and engineering goals across multiple systems and releases • Establish testing frameworks, processes, and best practices, with a strong emphasis on automation and continuous improvement • Drive adoption of modern testing tools such as Playwright or comparable frameworks; oversee test automation within CI/CD pipelines • Ensure quality across applications, including API, integration, and end-to-end testing • Recruit, mentor, and develop QA professionals; foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and technical growth • Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle • Identify quality risks early, communicate effectively with leadership, and provide clear metrics on product quality and release readiness

• Perform quality, compliance, and inter-reviewer audits to identify opportunities for improvement • Review and abstract medical records • Analyze clinical data and collaborate with internal stakeholders • Help drive clinical excellence and promote proper quality of care across the Supplemental Data Collection (SDC) project • Presenting and communicating audit results • Schedule and perform routine facility, practitioner site, and medical record reviews • Analyze clinical data to improve individual provider compliance • Providing required documents and consulting support for quality and compliance audits
