Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, or a similar closing sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience selling B2B services, technology solutions, or SaaS products.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide value-driven solutions.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and pipeline management skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Outreach, or similar is a plus.
