Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Inside Sales Representative, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Experience selling B2B services, technology solutions, or SaaS products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar is a plus.

This position is responsible for mid to high level sales for the Technology division of First Citizens Bank Equipment Finance by securing mid to large complex retail installment contracts from dealers. Responsibilities include: - Providing routine and non-routine established solutions to clients by assessing and understanding the scope of their project and offering the appropriate financing for their needs. - Ensuring all credit decisions and application processing programs provide value for both dealers and the Bank. - Growing existing relationships and developing new relationships within assigned clients by meeting quotas of new business volume and other targets such as applications, number of sales presentations, and number of outbound sales calls. - Generating profitable lease transactions that produce new business volume.
