Role Description The Social Community Representative is responsible for engaging with consumers, creators, and ambassadors across social media channels to build community, strengthen brand affinity, and support a positive customer experience. This remote, part-time role combines community management, creator support, social engagement, and content execution to help drive meaningful connections and brand growth. Reporting to the DIGITAL COMMUNITIES' ASSOCIATE MANAGER, the SOCIAL COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE will support our collegiate team in the following areas: - Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, tagged content, and community interactions across social media platforms to support audience engagement and strengthen brand affinity. - Act as a trusted voice of the brand by reviewing and responding to consumer, creator, and ambassador inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. - Foster positive brand sentiment through timely, thoughtful, and on-brand interactions across all social channels. - Support creator, ambassador, and community engagement by resharing stories, engaging with tagged content, and recognizing standout community members. - Amplify user-generated content (UGC) and spotlight exceptional creator and ambassador content through social features, community initiatives, and monthly reward or gift-code programs. - Identify and report recurring community themes, ambassador questions, consumer complaints, and engagement opportunities to help improve brand communications and customer experience. - Assist with content creation and execution across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, and other emerging social channels. - Contribute creative ideas, messaging concepts, and social-first content recommendations that align with brand voice and campaign objectives. - Encourage participation in community programs, ambassador challenges, competitions, seasonal campaigns, and engagement initiatives through proactive outreach. - Research social trends, creators, cultural moments, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for community growth and engagement. Qualifications - Experience with Excel. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand voice professionally and enthusiastically. - Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and current social trends. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and track many moving pieces at once. - Comfortable using influencer marketing platforms, social media monitoring tools, or CRM systems (e.g., CIQ, Sprout Social). - A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for digital communities and creator culture.
