• Leading the delivery of IT projects across infrastructure, applications, and business systems • Ownership of project timelines, scope, deliverables, and tracking of risks and dependencies • Works closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively • Driving/coordination of Executive level projects, coordinating senior teams to success • Owning and leading multiple projects, with a strong understanding of priorities • Driving the end-to-end process of a project • Collaborating with a team of project managers that are driving measurable outcomes, including KPI’s • Awareness/Experience of Agile/Waterfall project management • Awareness/Experience of process management tools • Foster a culture of innovation, standardization and best practice within the team • Performing the role of trusted advisor/SME for Global Teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in project/program management roles, preferably with companies working in the Technology space
- Advanced proficiency in 365 Office and Project/Process Tools skills; AI tools skills are also preferable
- Skilled in the phases of project/program management including stakeholder and change management
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in a diverse, hybrid working model
- Detail-oriented experience with strong stakeholder communications and problem-solving skills, including process improvement
- Proven ability with task prioritization, time management skills and ability to work independently
- High level of fluency in English language skills, and another spoken language is ideal, Japanese is a plus
- Governance Experience-coordination skills and background to support a strong framework for the Executive Team
- Experience of working in a Sales/Services/ Support background, cross functional experience is also helpful
