• Serve as the first point of contact for help desk requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for a fully remote team. • Manage and maintain our Mac and Windows fleet, using JAMF for Macs and Windows management tooling for everything from setup and configuration to updates and security compliance. • Handle user provisioning end to end: onboarding new hires with the right accounts, devices, and access, and offboarding departures cleanly and securely. • Administer Google Workspace, managing accounts, groups, and access as part of day-to-day provisioning and support. • Manage access to software and applications, granting, adjusting, and revoking permissions across the tools the company relies on. • Take direction on day-to-day work while also running smaller projects independently, with light oversight rather than constant hand-holding. • Grow into owning systems outright as you build confidence in them, taking on more responsibility over time. • Document common issues and fixes, helping build out an internal knowledge base that makes everyone’s life easier.
• Own endpoint management across Windows and macOS, including provisioning, MDM policies (Iru, Microsoft Intune, PDQ), software deployment, patching, encryption, compliance, and standards for the complete device lifecycle. • Administer core identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack, including SSO, SCIM, groups, roles, permissions, MFA, device trust, and access policies. • Manage employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, role changes, access reviews, offboarding, and deprovisioning. • Automate repetitive IT workflows using PowerShell, Bash, Python, APIs, or workflow automation platforms. • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues spanning endpoints, identity, SaaS applications, networking, and security tooling. • Partner with Security on endpoint controls, least-privilege access, logging, incident response, and audit readiness across HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2 Type II, and HITRUST. • Build clear documentation, runbooks, and repeatable processes - and fix recurring problems at the system level so IT scales cleanly as House Rx grows.
