SEO Analyst

Role Description The SEO Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by delivering the technical SEO implementations, content, audits, reporting and analysis required to fulfill our client service agreements and help our clients succeed. Working closely with the Head of SEO, the Head of Fulfillment, our account managers, developers, and other internal teams, the Analyst will be responsible for performing on-site and off-site technical work to drive meaningful results for our clients. - Execute content development and technical SEO tactics for clients. - Interface with developers for updating and optimizing client websites. - Provide reporting metrics and piece together client monthly performance reports. - Execute client level and department level audits to ensure campaign and overall SEO formula performance. - Participate in developing monthly SEO strategies to drive the best results for client SEO campaigns. - Work with other Analysts and technicians on training initiatives, collaborative planning, workflow improvements and dividing tasks required for satisfying client agreements. - Other work as defined by direct manager, Head of SEO, and company executive leadership. - Understand clients' business objectives and develop tailored strategies to meet their SEO and digital marketing needs and drive real results. - Coordinate the execution of SEO and digital marketing campaigns, including keyword research, content strategy, and performance tracking. - Master emerging AI tools to drive campaign improvements and workflow automations. - Collaborate with the Head of SEO and other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the client experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing to provide strategic guidance to clients and speak confidently to //TECHYSCOUTS' expertise in all things digital. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, computer science or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in technical SEO, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry. Agency experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is required. - Proven track record of outstanding service and delivering results-driven solutions. - Significant expertise in creating title tags, meta descriptions, structured content pages including keyword rich, industry relevant & H1 tag optimization with effective CTAs and internal linking. - History of producing keyword rich, schema optimized content. - Deep understanding of on-site, off-site SEO strategies and Google Business Profiles. - Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Highly independent and self-motivated with demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding goals. - Proficiency in Google Docs and CRM software. HubSpot, SEM Rush, Adobe suite, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Shopify or Linear = major plus. - Familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau or other reporting tools a major plus. - Proven ability to work completely independently, report to a boss dutifully, and add value to our collaborative team of loud and proud nerds! - Only employees in the US can be considered.
