• Execute RFP documents for the Pace Environmental commercial team • Manage supporting materials/documentation to represent Pace appropriately and professionally • Serve as point of contact between functions to gather information and drive support from other functions • Oversee the creation of RFP responses, proposals and bids describing services to clients • Manage and meet proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates • Collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors to ensure content is complete and accurate • Develop a repository of templates, standard language and product collateral • Establish a tracking system with win-loss information and analyze data to improve the process • Provide input to the strategic goals of the RFP's, proposals, bids • Develop a robust process to manage RFP's and communicate expectations to functional teams • Identify and manage respective functional owners that support the process • Work with marketing to ensure materials are properly branded • Identify potential tools to streamline the process • Support the overall mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field
- Two (2) years of sales support experience
- Principles, practices and techniques of sales and market analysis
- Understanding of the administration and oversight of sales and market programs, policies and procedures
- Methods to resolve sales and market problems
- Understanding of applicable sales and market laws, codes and regulations
- Proficiency in computer applications and systems related to the work

Role Description Seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of federal government proposals, from opportunity qualification through final submission. The ideal candidate will manage multiple proposals, ensure compliance, and collaborate with business development, capture, and technical teams to deliver winning proposals. - Manage end-to-end federal proposal development (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Sources Sought, Task Orders). - Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and review plans. - Write, edit, and review proposal content, including executive summaries, technical approaches, staffing plans, past performance, and resumes. - Coordinate kickoff meetings, color team reviews, and final submissions. - Maintain proposal libraries, templates, and reusable content. - Support capture planning, win strategies, and business development efforts. - Ensure proposals are compliant, high quality, and submitted on time.
