Drive standardization and continuous improvement of commercial contract terms, clause libraries, and playbooks while identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks. - Decision Maker: Serve as an escalation point for complex deal issues and cross-functional challenges. - Vendor Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements to assist Intelerad's procurement function. Qualifications - JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state. - 5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a leading law firm and/or in the technology industry, including experience supporting global technology companies through complex transactions. - Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law, with proven experience drafting and negotiating technology-related subscription agreements for cloud-based software offerings. - Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience working with applicable data privacy laws, including HIPAA. - Strong understanding of software, healthcare technology, and privacy regulations, with the ability to quickly grasp medical imaging concepts. - Understanding of IT security controls and frameworks. - Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong internal and external relationships. - Demonstrated ability to provide clear, actionable legal guidance to executives and operational teams.
