One skill we currently seek is an exceptionally talented project manager for our Global Transportation and Trade Compliance Operations department. The ideal candidate will have experience managing global logistics and trade compliance operations projects with a focus on continuous process improvement. What You’ll Be Doing: - Leads project teams by influence, planning and driving projects that will improve the efficiency and quality of transportation and trade compliance processes. - Manage projects from requirements definition through deployment, including developing, defining, prioritizing and executing project plans, schedules, tasks, issues, budgets and deliverables. - Review and analyze complex, integrated project data and information to provide status updates, insights, conclusions and actionable recommendations. - Help identify project risks and clearly communicate them with internal and external project stakeholders. - Work with project team to determine which deliverables are critical to the success of the project and prioritize accordingly. - Schedule and lead team meetings, draft agendas, and capture and distribute meeting minutes. - Write reports and give presentations to advise management of project status, critical constraints, assumptions, risk tradeoffs and progress. Assist the project team in the completion of deliverables. Qualifications - 8+ years of project management experience in global transportation and trade compliance. - Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables that adhere to budgets and schedules. - Expertise with planning and managing resource requirement, budgets and employee utilization, utilizing software such as Planview PPM Pro. - Experience with enterprise software tools such as Windchill. - Expertise leveraging project management software, such as MS Project, to develop and maintain detailed project schedules that meet stated objectives associated with cost, schedule and specifications. Requirements - Project management experience in global logistics. - Excellent written and verbal skills. Must clearly communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and senior management regarding technical details and projects status. - Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and team building skills. - Bachelor’s degree. Role Description Tempo Learning faculty subject matter experts (faculty SMEs) are student-facing faculty roles. Faculty SMEs are faculty members assigned to one or more competencies based on their subject matter expertise. The core responsibility of faculty SMEs is to serve as the central academic content support for Tempo Learning students. - Work directly with students to assist with any questions or challenges they may have in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills needed to demonstrate proficiency in each competency. - Initiate regular and substantive academic engagement with each student as they work through each competency for which the SME has responsibility. - Document the substance of all students' academic engagement in the student's record. - Hold weekly office hours and conduct synchronous webinars. - Pose and promptly respond to student questions through frequent discussion board sessions and individual student emails on academic content. - Use detailed rubrics to validate the student assessment as demonstrating competency. - Use corrective feedback sparingly, emphasizing positive feedback that encourages good work and invites learners to revise excellence. - Leverage available learning and behavioral analytics to track student engagement weekly and identify students who need more immediate intervention. - Assure curriculum quality and play a crucial role in the development, review, and ongoing improvement of the CBE curriculum. - Establish regular and structured contact with students; initiate contact with students unexpectedly with a message of caring and attentiveness. - Develop sensitivity to cultural differences that influence communication and understanding. - Exercise patience and tolerance and assume good intent on the part of learners. - Develop a repertoire of online discussion catalysts in your subject area to stimulate and drive engagement. - Encourage students to take risks, explore, and learn from their mistakes, facilitating their self-empowerment. - Create an atmosphere of mutual respect while engaging students in the learning endeavors. - Monitor all students’ work for academic integrity. - Regularly review competency content and recommend updates to resource links or other materials as necessary. Qualifications - Earned master's in nursing (MSN) AND earned a Doctorate (preferably in Nursing) from an accredited institution, with demonstrated coursework in one of the three specializations: nursing education, nursing informatics, or nurse executive. - Record of professional scholarly contributions to nursing, preferably in one of the three specializations. - Minimum of two years' experience teaching graduate courses in one of the three specialty areas or related content. - Commitment to advocating for the learning and development needs of students earning their degrees in a distance learning environment. - Experience with distance learning preferred. - Evidence of current RN licensure in one of the 50 states in the US required. - Excellent communication, team, and human-relations skills. - Certification in area of specialty is preferred (Nurse Education, Nursing Informatics, or Nurse Executive). Role Description The Senior Manager, Contingent Labor Program Projects is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives supporting the organization's contingent workforce program.
