FEMA Grants Programmatic Project Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the FEMA CO and COR • Manage contract performance by maintaining quality assurance, quality control, schedules, and overall program execution • Develop and submit timely responses to BPA Order Requests for Quotations, including technical approaches, staffing plans, labor mixes, and level-of-effort estimates • Coordinate Order staffing by assigning qualified Order Project Managers, Task Leads, Facilitators, and other key personnel to meet Order requirements • Coordinate contractor personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and task activities to ensure timely and compliant performance • Prepare and submit required contract deliverables, reports, and other documentation in accordance with BPA requirements • Conduct monthly progress reviews with the COR and communicate contract status, accomplishments, issues, and corrective actions • Respond promptly to COR requests for discussion or resolution to project concerns/technical problems within two hours of notification
Job Requirements
- Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to obtain and maintain any Government-required facility access, credentials, or suitability determinations necessary to support BPA Orders
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of ten (10) years recent and relevant experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred

The o9 MEU PM manages the operational rigor of regional and local deployment activities.
