The o9 MEU PM manages the operational rigor of regional and local deployment activities. Align the BU plan with the overall program schedule. - Status reporting: Compile and distribute regular status reports for the different project stakeholders and the program PMO, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and actions in a clear and consistent format. - Dependency and risk tracking: Identify and track cross-functional dependencies and BU-specific risks. Ensure actions are tracked and closed in a timely manner. - Program PMO interface: Act as the operational interface to the program PMO, ensuring data flows and reporting deadlines are met and that BU inputs are provided consistently. - Change control support: Support the BU Deployment and workstream Leads in assessing and documenting the impact of scope changes or schedule adjustments on BU activities. - Tollgate Methodology: Ensure timely completion of all deliverables per the project plan and methodology in partnership with the o9 MDS regional PM. - Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Partner PMs & BU stakeholders assigned in the region.
