• Manage and execute turnkey lighting retrofit projects, owning scope, timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction. • Oversee a diverse portfolio spanning warehouse, retail, exterior, and one-for-one lighting replacements, balancing timelines, resources, and priorities across a range of complexities. • Lead on-site execution for critical milestones including kickoff meetings, inspections, commissioning, and closeout, ensuring quality and customer alignment. • Resolve scope changes, logistics, contractor coordination, and site-specific constraints to keep projects on track, and serve as the primary customer contact. • Manage procurement logistics: bill of materials creation, vendor coordination, and oversight of shipping, material delivery, and warehouse inventory. • Coordinate rebate and incentive eligibility with the Energy Program team. • Conduct pre and post installation inspections with customers, contractors, and utility partners, run final walkthroughs, energy re-audits, and customer training, and deliver complete closeout packages (photos, energy reports, commissioning results).

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the FEMA CO and COR • Manage contract performance by maintaining quality assurance, quality control, schedules, and overall program execution • Develop and submit timely responses to BPA Order Requests for Quotations, including technical approaches, staffing plans, labor mixes, and level-of-effort estimates • Coordinate Order staffing by assigning qualified Order Project Managers, Task Leads, Facilitators, and other key personnel to meet Order requirements • Coordinate contractor personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and task activities to ensure timely and compliant performance • Prepare and submit required contract deliverables, reports, and other documentation in accordance with BPA requirements • Conduct monthly progress reviews with the COR and communicate contract status, accomplishments, issues, and corrective actions • Respond promptly to COR requests for discussion or resolution to project concerns/technical problems within two hours of notification

• Audit and analysis of functional requirements • Plan, prepare and lead meetings with firms — from kick-off to lessons learned (Retex), including briefings, scoping and debriefs • Analyze business needs based on field feedback and migration experience • Write documentation and user stories to facilitate other teams' understanding • Run workshops and webinars — some focused on business use cases, others cross-functional • Migration project management • Ensure migrations follow a clear, documented process for all stakeholders (internal and external) • Adapt the approach according to circumstances while ensuring existing processes are respected to guarantee genuine cross-team collaboration • Communicate regularly about alignment between technical solutions and business needs • Act as the information relay to PSS Back, responsible for integration, fixes and validation • Business preparation and configuration • Contribute to configuring Pennylane to fit firms' existing business processes • Participate in functional testing to validate the solution meets business requirements before migration • Post-migration support and acceptance testing • Collaborate with PSS Back teams on debugging and resolving business issues after migration • Perform intermediate and final functional tests to validate solutions • Contribute to post-migration reports and propose areas for improvement • Process automation and optimization • Identify and prioritize automation and optimization needs • Help implement them through documentation, feedback or concrete proposals • Monitor business satisfaction after each change • Monitoring, R&D and continuous improvement • Maintain product and business monitoring to ensure feature relevance • Propose enhancements to existing features and report gaps or malfunctions • Help translate needs into actionable solutions, for internal and external stakeholders • Front/Back collaboration • Understand PSS Back responsibilities and be able to intervene on production occasionally as needed
