Software Support Analyst
UMS
• Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications. • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze needs and recommend technology solutions. • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams and software vendors. • Participate in software implementations, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements. • Support application security, system integrations, and data integrity. • Develop user documentation and deliver training to system users. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and enhance enterprise systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise business applications, business systems analysis, software implementation, or application administration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.

Role Description We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for end users.
