• Provide overall program leadership for five contractor teams. • Serve as the primary contractor liaison with the Contracting Officer, Contract Specialist, COR, ISD management, Government technical leads, and other stakeholders. • Establish the program-management structure, governance model, communication process, escalation process, and performance-management framework. • Develop, maintain, and implement the Program Management Plan and associated technical, staffing, quality, risk, transition, communication, and performance plans. • Ensure all work is planned and performed within approved scope, schedule, staffing, cost, quality, and contractual requirements. • Integrate schedules and dependencies across development, operations, configuration management, information assurance, and operational-technology projects. • Monitor staffing levels, vacancies, employee performance, onboarding, background investigations, security clearances, training, retention, and replacement actions. • Review and approve program schedules, project plans, staffing plans, risk registers, corrective-action plans, deliverables, and management reports. • Anticipate technical, staffing, schedule, cost, cybersecurity, and performance problems and implement timely mitigation actions. • Ensure all contractual deliverables are complete, accurate, consistent, and submitted within required timeframes. • Oversee preparation and submission of the Monthly Progress Report, staffing matrix, project metrics, system-performance reports, personnel and training reports, risk reports, and other required deliverables. • Monitor service levels, project performance, ticket backlogs, change-request completion, system availability, vulnerability remediation, quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction. • Conduct regular program-management reviews with Project Managers, team leads, corporate leadership, and Government stakeholders. • Ensure contractor personnel comply with USCG, DHS, DoD, Federal, local, cybersecurity, privacy, safety, Section 508, supply-chain risk-management, and records-management requirements. • Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Coordinate phase-in, phase-out, knowledge transfer, continuity of operations, and transition activities. • Ensure all projects follow applicable Agile, DevSecOps, Systems Engineering Life Cycle, project-management, configuration-management, and IT service-management processes. • Provide technical direction for systems-development and systems-integration activities and resolve cross-team conflicts and priorities. • Identify innovative technologies, processes, and management practices that improve mission performance, quality, security, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. • Represent the contractor at program reviews, executive briefings, performance meetings, technical reviews, audits, and other Government meetings. • Provide timely written and oral reports to Government and company executive management.

Role Description The Director of Program Management is a senior program leadership role responsible for building the operating system that moves complex work across the Datacenter Physical Security program with clarity, pace, and discipline. This role leads the global Project Management, Technical Communications, Business Analytics, and Logistics teams that support our datacenter security program. You are responsible for the program management framework, governance cadence, and change management process used to plan, execute, communicate, and sustain major initiatives across the account. This leader will: - Bring structure to ambiguity. - Translate strategy into executable plans. - Ensure the right decisions, messages, milestones, risks, and actions land with the right audiences at the right time. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or a related field. - 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in global, matrixed organizations. - 3+ years at the director level. - Demonstrated track record of leading programs involving multiple senior stakeholder groups. - Exceptional in stakeholder management, organizational communication, and decision orchestration. - Experience building governance models and driving alignment across functions. - Known for executive presence, strong written and verbal communication, and commercial judgment. - Experience working in high-scale enterprise environments. - Prior people leadership experience, including coaching managers and building high-performing teams. Requirements - Global, multi-region operations experience is required. - Background in datacenters is preferred. - This position involves domestic and international travel (approximately 30% of the time). - Flexibility to work nights and weekends (when needed). - Reliable means of communication and transportation to get to/from work. - Legal right to work in the country where the position is located. - Ability to speak, read, and write in English proficiently. • Develop project timelines, standards, budgets, forecasts and contract modifications for assigned projects. • Serves as liaison with other departments on contract modifications. • Assist business development and senior management on securing new business at program levels by developing and making presentations to clients, leading the development and review of proposal texts and budgets, and supporting contract negotiations. • Serve as point of contact for risk escalation for assigned programs. • Evaluates and appropriately escalates or resolves risks to project quality, budget, or timeline. • Ensure compliance with quality processes and requirements for assigned programs both within and between documents within a project. • Develops, reviews and manages performance metrics for assigned projects. • Provide training for medical writers on processes and technical aspects of program management. • May serve as backup medical writer. Duties could include researching, writing and editing clinical study reports and protocols, summarizing data from clinical studies, writing or providing input on complex clinical and scientific documents such as IBs, INDs, and MAAs, and providing senior review of project materials.
