Content Strategy Manager
Community Boost
• Build and own content strategies that support paid media performance across Meta Ads, paid social, paid search, and Google Ad Grants. • Develop messaging frameworks, audience insights, and creative briefs that guide high‑performing campaigns. • Ensure all content aligns with nonprofit goals, brand voice, accessibility standards, and platform best practices. • Partner with creative teams to concept and refine ad copy, landing pages, scripts, and storytelling assets. • Identify content gaps and opportunities across the full funnel to improve engagement and conversion. • Work closely with Paid Media, Creative, and Account Management teams to ensure content supports campaign objectives and performance targets. • Translate performance data into actionable content recommendations and testing roadmaps. • Collaborate with clients to understand their mission, audiences, and impact stories, turning them into compelling digital narratives. • Lead content testing strategies, including messaging, creative angles, CTAs, and landing page variations. • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights that inform ongoing content refinement. • Maintain a pulse on platform trends, nonprofit storytelling best practices, and emerging content formats. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to building content standards, templates, and scalable processes. • Uphold high editorial quality and ensure consistency across all deliverables. • Support agency‑wide initiatives to strengthen creative strategy and cross‑team collaboration.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or creative strategy, ideally within an agency or nonprofit‑focused environment.
- Proven experience developing content for Meta Ads, paid social, paid search, and Google Ad Grants.
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and how content influences results.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and structure for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience collaborating with creative, media, and client‑facing teams.
- Ability to translate complex nonprofit missions into clear, compelling, action‑driving content.
- Strong project management skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Passion for social impact and supporting organizations that drive meaningful change.

• The Director, Team Lead - Global Scientific and Value Content for Immunology position resides in the Value & Implementation (V&I) organization, which includes Global Medical and Scientific Affairs as well as Outcomes Research. • This position is a headquarters-based leadership role within V&I Global Medical and Value Capabilities (V&I GMVC). • The role reports directly to the Executive Director Head of GSVC and is a member of the GSVC leadership team. • The role has several key responsibilities within the V&I organization, that include partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align strategic priorities, leading the development and execution of GSVC plans, incorporating medical insights, driving team effectiveness, and implementing industry standards. • Strategic and Tactical Leadership: Providing leadership, resources and direction to a group of professionals with advanced educational backgrounds and therapeutic area (TA) expertise. • Development and Execution of GSVC Plans: Overseeing the development and execution of the GSVC plans relevant to TAs in alignment with the Annual V&I Plans and the Scientific Platform. • Leads the team in translating Global Medical objectives into scientific content strategy and plans and represents GSVC as TA/product point of contact for senior-level stakeholders to obtain input into plans and identify gaps/needs by regions and countries. • Medical Insights: Leading the incorporation of medical insights and feedback from key stakeholders into the GSVC annual product plans and associated content. • Team Effectiveness: Working closely with the Executive Director, leadership team, and peers to drive the effectiveness of the TA team through leadership, assessing, determining and adjusting TA resourcing based on GSVC and company priorities to achieve departmental objectives. • Sponsors change and inspires GSVC teams to drive change and innovation while ensuring the team’s professional and personal development. • Operational Solutions and Process Improvements: Leading and/or commissioning the development of operational solutions and process improvements to ensure consistency in approach to core functions. • Team Leadership: Leads and manages individuals/teams responsible for content development in a global, cross-functional setting. • Represents Immunology GSVC team at company, divisional-level and V&I initiatives and programs.
