Communication Specialist

• Responsible for producing knowledgeable and engaging written and digital content for custom communications. • Collaborate with the customer communications team to draft newsletters, alerts, on-hold messages, text messages, talking points, fact sheets, customer letters, and other communications materials. • Execute individual projects and programs while partnering with team members to ensure successful delivery. • Complete proofreading requests to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and overall quality. • Develop and execute email campaigns using a visual email editor while maintaining brand standards. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including experience as a Communications Specialist with a focus on copywriting, digital communications, and written communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and proofread high-quality communications content; strong writing and organizational skills are required.
  • Proven ability to develop content for digital channels, including social media, text messages, web content, mobile alerts, and other communication platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including experience design.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to effectively manage requests from multiple stakeholders.
