Role Description An AI-powered sales platform serving the catering and events industry is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to own outbound campaign execution and client onboarding end to end. The company pairs a SaaS product with a productized outbound service, running cold email campaigns on behalf of restaurant and catering clients using AI agents and custom Claude-based workflows. It is founder-led, bootstrapped, and pre-scale — this is the fourth team member and the first operations hire, working directly with the co-founders. Day-to-day, the role covers: - Sourcing roughly 1,000 leads per week through AI-powered enrichment tooling - Building and populating outbound sequences - Responding to 5–15 inbound prospect replies daily within a 30-minute window - Introducing warm leads to clients - Standing up email infrastructure for new accounts - Monitoring deliverability Success means removing 10+ hours per week of manual campaign work from the founders' plate while keeping every active campaign fully populated and every reply answered.
