• Execute Python programming activities to support study requirements and departmental projects • Create and review data management documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance • Perform laboratory data management tasks, including data transfers, quality checks, and file validation • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables • Train and mentor junior staff on data management processes and tools

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in data management and Python programming
  • Knowledge of the clinical research domain, laboratory data processes, and regulatory standards (FDA, ICH, HL7, ISO, GLP)
  • Proficiency with Windows environments and Microsoft Office applications
