• Responsible for the collection, preparation and reporting of statistical data. • Communicates with Regulatory Affairs, actuaries, accountants, product managers and I/T staff regarding data requirements. • Collects and organizes statistical data for internal and/or external reporting purposes. • Evaluates information being reported for consistency, completeness, accuracy and reasonableness. • Develops and prepares reports using data from various sources of information. • Maintains and provides support for existing tools and applications used in the analyses of information. • Maintains and updates information necessary for data dictionary and other metadata requirements. • Promotes safety at all times and complies with safety/ergonomic standards as outlined in relevant company published manuals.

• Assist in managing the successful completion of data migration project from a SQL to EDW environment which includes • maintaining documentation of ROPs owned data • leading delivery of requirements • prioritization of data needs • QA and UAT support • post implementation support • Independently lead the collection and maintenance of data documentation while ensuring a high level of data quality based on regulatory and enterprise standards, and ensuring ongoing data compliance and security • Able to synthesize & represent business needs and priorities to IT stakeholders • effectively manage conversations on trade-offs and/or roadblocks with both business and IT stakeholders • Continually assess opportunities and effectiveness of the data strategy • Proactively identify changing business needs to make recommendations on improving data management processes and long-term strategy plan • Maintain alignment with key business partners to ensure the data strategy is well integrated into existing operations and aligns with the company strategic initiatives • Strong collaboration with revenue operations centralized analytics teams to ensure data architecture is meeting the reporting and analytical needs of the business.

• Maintain Core Analytics & Data Infrastructure: - Build, maintain, and continuously improve BI tables and data models that power company reporting - Develop and manage dashboards used across Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Clinical Quality - Ensure consistency and accuracy of key metrics across the organization - Troubleshoot and improve existing reporting and analytics workflows • Drive Operational Insights & Optimization - Analyze appointment routing, logistics, and phlebotomist utilization to improve efficiency - Support supply/demand planning and resource allocation across markets • Support Strategic & Growth Initiatives - Build models to evaluate new market expansion opportunities - Conduct geographic and partner-level analyses to inform growth decisions - Support pricing and partnership strategy with data-backed recommendations • Partner with Business Development & External Stakeholders: - Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for top enterprise partners - Investigate partner questions and performance issues through ad hoc analyses - Collaborate with BD on feasibility and sizing for new partnerships • Improve Patient Experience & Clinical Quality: - Analyze cancellations, reschedules, and service quality metrics across markets - Conduct root cause analyses to identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes and experience • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: - Calculate key projections for financial forecasts, including B2B and DTC demand - Assess QoQ financial performance, as well as quarterly performance vs. budget

• Develop and execute data analytics and reporting strategy aligned with business goals. • Manage disparate ERP environment, using Databricks as the data warehouse, to report on key data, and tying out to OneStream. • Partner with IT to design systems and stabilize data feeds; work with business owners to ensure data is cleansed, consistent, usable. • Lead initiatives to enhance data quality, reporting automation, and self-service analytics capabilities. • Establish and monitor enterprise-wide key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards, and reporting standards. • Near-medium term reporting focus: Global orders, spend cube, inflation tracker, price realization, 80/20 quads by BU, POC project execution, production cycle times, 13 week cash flow forecasts, on-time-delivery. • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization capabilities. • Support diligence, including sell-side QoE work on P/V/Fx bridges, price and inflation trends, selectivity. • Partner with IT on internal AI initiatives, including functional efficiency, reporting enhancements, process improvement, and cost productivity. • Support ad-hoc business and enterprise initiatives as needed.
