Human Resources Business Partner – Workday Administration

Aqua Finance, Inc.

• Analyzes human capital trends and metrics in partnership with the Human Resources Team to develop solutions, programs, and policies • Serve as the primary Human Resources Business Partner for Operations managers and their employees ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies • Partner with People Leaders to drive effective performance management, including coaching, performance action plans, and terminations • Drive employee engagement initiatives by analyzing survey data, identifying morale concerns, and supporting recognition programs • Assist with change management initiatives by coaching leaders, facilitating communication, and minimizing disruption to employees • Coach and develop frontline People Leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness • Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the company’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system, focusing on Workday functionality • Serve as the primary point of contact for HCM-related inquiries • Manage system-driven employee lifecycle processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance • Maintain and enhance data integrity within the HCM system by performing regular audits

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or commensurate work experience required
  • 4 years of experience in Human Resources required
  • 2 years of Workday system administration experience required
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Financial industry experience preferred
  • Experience in areas of employment law and regulation associated with organizational responsibility required
  • Working knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems required
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
