QualificationsKey Responsibilities: Review vehicle images for quality, consistency, and adherence to company guidelines Identify issues such as poor lighting, improper angles, dirty vehicles, background distractions, or missing required shots Verify that all required photo sets are complete for each vehicle Provide clear, actionable feedback to photographers for reshoots or corrections Track and document quality issues and trends to improve overall performance Collaborate with photographers, operations teams, and leadership to maintain standards Perform audits on dealership inventory to ensure images are properly displayed online Ensure images are correctly uploaded and associated with the correct vehicles (VIN matching) Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and ability to spot visual inconsistencies Basic understanding of photography principles (lighting, composition, angles) Experience in automotive photography or automotive industry preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication skills for providing feedback and reporting issues Comfortable working with image management systems and spreadsheets Preferred Skills: Experience with automotive platforms (e.g., vAuto, dealer websites) Familiarity with quality control processes or auditing workflows Ability to analyze trends and recommend process improvements Work Environment: Remote or office-based depending on company needs May require reviewing large volumes of images daily Impact: This role directly impacts online vehicle presentation, customer engagement, and overall dealership performance by ensuring high-quality, accurate, and consistent imagery. #INDCORP

The HR Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruitment process and ensures a smooth, efficient onboarding experience for new hires. This role partners closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR team members to coordinate pre-employment requirements, manage new hire documentation, and deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience. Prepare and send new hire background checks, and onboarding documentation. Track completion of all pre-employment requirements including but not limited to I-9, background checks, certifications, etc. Coordinate new hire start dates and communicate details to hiring managers and stakeholders. Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional onboarding experience. Identify opportunities to streamline the recruiting and onboarding process and enhance overall experience. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations and company policies. Run recruitment and onboarding reports as requested. Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Support HR initiatives, programs, and employee engagement activities. Qualifications Must be bilingual in Spanish 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support (preferred).
