• Own new customer implementations from Sales handoff through go-live and initial post-launch validation. • Lead kickoff calls, align on timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and launch requirements. • Gather customer requirements, workflows, business rules, and configuration needs. • Configure customer programs, workflows, permissions, rules, and system settings in Cardata’s platform. • Validate customer data, test configurations, troubleshoot issues, and confirm launch readiness. • Deliver onboarding and training for customer admins, operational stakeholders, drivers, and end users. • Manage expectations, track milestones, dependencies, risks, and customer action items and next steps throughout implementation. • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering and internal systems teams to ensure smooth launches. • Complete structured handoffs to Customer Success and Account Management after go-live. • Escalate implementation risks early to maintain launch commitments, surface recurring implementation challenges, product feedback, and process improvement opportunities. • Continuously identify opportunities to automate implementation activities and reduce manual effort through system enhancements and AI-enabled workflows. • Contribute to implementation documentation, templates, training materials, and scalable workflows.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, professional services, solutions delivery, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience independently managing customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ideally in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to manage complex requirements, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and launch risks.
- Ability to translate business and operational requirements into system configurations.
- Experience working in configurable software platforms and learning complex products quickly.
- Confident customer-facing communication skills, including expectation management, stakeholder alignment, and training facilitation.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams.
- High learning agility and adaptability as products, processes, and customer needs evolve.
- Experience with CRM or customer success platforms such as Gainsight, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
