• Lead and mature the Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Test Automation, Performance Testing, API Testing, and DevOps functions. • Establish enterprise-wide quality engineering, testing, automation, CI/CD, and release governance standards. • Provide leadership for global teams, including coaching, mentoring, workforce planning, performance management, and capability development. • Develop quality metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to measure delivery effectiveness, quality outcomes, reliability, and operational performance. • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, environment strategy, DevOps tooling, infrastructure automation, and deployment governance. • Facilitate risk assessments, root cause analysis, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Present strategy, roadmaps, risks, metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience across Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Infrastructure, Technology Operations, or Software Engineering leadership roles within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
- 10+ years leading global technology teams, including distributed, offshore, and cross-functional organizations.
- Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, Scrum, CI/CD, release management, quality engineering, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Experience establishing KPIs, quality metrics, service level objectives, dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, audit practices, operational controls, and governance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience required.
