• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements • Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions • Customize and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet the needs of sales, service, and support teams • Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve the Product-to-Cash landscape on Salesforce • Serve as the architectural coach and mentor for engineers and solution designers across the Product-to-Cash domain • Partner closely with the Principal Salesforce Architect to align on architectural direction • Produce High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and conceptual diagrams • Manage architecture and system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with platform standards • Define, maintain, and enforce platform standards across the Salesforce ecosystem • Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to prove out the architecture • Actively participate in requirement gathering, clarifying scope and resolving ambiguity • Work with the integration team to design and govern integrations • Provide hands-on Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)/CPQ coaching • Own the end-to-end architecture of the Product-to-Cash lifecycle • Identify and resolve process gaps and technology gaps across Product-to-Cash • Apply an AI-first mindset to problem solving • Work with the development team to hand over designs cleanly • Address any requirement gaps and shape the right solution • Extend and mature the Product-to-Cash solution as business needs evolve • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions • Conduct research and develop Proof of Concepts • Promote the adoption of design patterns for solution design and development • Partner with data and integration architects to ensure data integrity and compliance • Work closely with solution architects to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture • Contribute to a learning community within the enterprise architecture discipline.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in enterprise platforms, with at least 10+ years specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem. - 4 to 5+ years of proven experience operating successfully in a Salesforce Architect role. Requirements - Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features. - Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Service Cloud Voice solutions is a must. - Functional knowledge and familiarity with Marketing Cloud (MC) and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP). - Proficient in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform security. - Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, and middleware (e.g., Talend, Informatica). - Strong knowledge of Git-based source control, deployment/release pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket), and package-based deployments. Benefits - The pay range for this position is between $105,000.00 - $125,250.00.
