As a Senior Associate in Payments Operations Strategy, Innovation & Governance — Data Insights & Analytic Solutions, you own the production delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of operational reporting and analytics used to manage Payments Operations performance and risk. You keep dashboards, scorecards, and metrics accurate and controlled through strong data quality checks, monitoring, documentation, and access controls. You deliver scheduled reporting and time-sensitive ad hoc analysis aligned to service level agreements, while handling business-as-usual support and break-fix incidents with disciplined triage and communication. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Five years of experience delivering operational reporting and analytics in a production environment. - Five years of experience writing structured query language (SQL) for relational databases, including Oracle. - Five years of experience building dashboards and reports using business intelligence and analytics tools (for example, Tableau and Alteryx). - Experience operating in a regulated, control-oriented environment with strong attention to accuracy, auditability, and access controls. - Demonstrated ability to define metrics (including reconciliations and definitions) and translate business questions into reporting requirements. - Experience managing incident-driven work (triage, break-fix, prioritization, escalation) while meeting delivery commitments. - Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong time management skills, including managing multiple concurrent deliverables with global stakeholders.
