Role Description Join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Global Delivery team, where you will play a key role in driving financial strategy across our business units. In this internship, you will bridge the gap between finance and technology, with a heavy focus on data analytics, financial reporting, and leveraging AI to drive automation. You will collaborate with our globally distributed team, while working closely with our local colleagues in Brazil. - Build financial automated reports. - Streamline existing analysis processes. - Support the analysis of business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a STEM field (Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.). - Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, charts, and pivot tables). - Familiarity with SQL and a general understanding of database concepts. - Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude or Gemini). - Familiarity with GCP (e.g., Google Connected Sheets, BigQuery, Colab) is a strong plus. - Previous experience or knowledge in Data Science and Data Engineering or knowledge of Python is a strong plus. - Strong analytical mindset and thrive on tackling complex challenges. - Passionate about automating processes and are always looking for ways to make workflows more efficient. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. - Comfortable handling operational activities and process-oriented work. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders. - Proactive, collaborative and eager-to-learn mindset. - Interest in technology and innovation. - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
