• Organise teams in JIRA: releases, milestones, sprint planning and ceremonies • Own the zerohash delivery calendar for your squads and drive ceremony rhythm • Create and maintain dashboard reporting across delivery, release and velocity • Facilitate delivery end-to-end: scoping → sizing → development → testing → validation → sign-off → prod roll-out • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and drive execution • Maintain delivery plans, surface risks early and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery • Implement PDLC best practices and drive process improvement across the function • Help teams with resourcing • Building automated AI reporting, scalable and applicable across the board for different stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies
- Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software development projects
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
- Strong understanding of simple and secure account linking and authentication infrastructure, including wallet integrations across custodial and non-custodial platforms, chain abstraction mechanisms, stablecoin funding integration, and the end-to-end lifecycle of account linking from user wallet selection through identity verification, account ownership validation, compliance confirmation, and secure asset transfer.
