Role Description Blackstone eIT is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic IT projects across government and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Lead end-to-end project delivery, from project initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and successful closure. - Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and project documentation. - Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring successful project delivery. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate project meetings, status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations. - Track project progress and ensure adherence to agreed milestones, deliverables, and quality standards. - Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and escalation processes. - Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive management. - Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for management and customers. - Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies based on project requirements. - Ensure projects comply with organizational governance, security, and quality standards. - Mentor junior project managers and project coordinators when required. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within the IT industry. - Strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. - Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. - Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is considered a strong advantage. - PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent Project Management certification is preferred. Requirements - Experience managing enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects. - Experience working with government entities or large enterprise clients is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Supports DLB’s mission critical projects with a primary focus on building automation systems (BAS), PMS (Power Management System), controls integration, and smart building solutions • Provides technical and project leadership for the planning, and design of BAS/PMS and integrated control systems • Collaborates closely with outsource partners, MEP design engineers, construction contractors, equipment vendors, software engineers, project managers, and client representatives • Oversees subconsultant scopes of work, including the development, review, and coordination of Statements of Objectives (SOO), construction drawings, and technical specifications • Develops, documents, and maintains BAS and EPMS production standards in conjunction with the BIM team • Works closely with project management team and interacts closely with engineering team • Performs Onsite BAS Engineering Reviews such as audits and feasibility studies

• Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of software development projects. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. • Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations. • Continuously improve delivery processes and execution standards. • Act as the primary point of contact for executive client stakeholders. • Build trusted long-term partnerships. • Lead strategic conversations around delivery, roadmap, and business priorities. • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. • Support business development initiatives within existing accounts. • Drive account profitability and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) targets. • Hire, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing delivery teams. • Conduct performance reviews and career development conversations. • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Handle performance management when required. • Manage project budgets and forecasts. • Optimize resource allocation across multiple engagements. • Monitor delivery health, utilization, and financial performance. • Implement delivery best practices and scalable frameworks. • Drive continuous process improvements. • Promote AI-powered ways of working across delivery teams.

• Own the end-to-end project plan, timeline, and execution across multiple technical workstreams. • Manage cross-functional dependencies between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and blockers. • Track critical path ("long-pole") activities such as SDK integrations, security reviews (InfoSec), and other technical deliverables. • Facilitate project governance by preparing status reports, executive updates, and steering committee materials. • Drive regular project cadence meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, risks, and action items. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Security, QA, and Client teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and implementation plans. • Support issue resolution by coordinating stakeholders and driving decisions across teams.
