You’ll lead recruitment efforts for specialized engineering, infrastructure/platform, and product management roles within our innovative team. What You Will Accomplish: As the Senior Technical Recruiter, you will: - Technical Recruitment: Source, attract, and hire talent across engineering, infrastructure, platform engineering, and product management, aligning with Eve Legal’s strategic objectives. - Engage in High-Impact Talent Acquisition: Develop sourcing strategies to identify top-tier passive candidates through channels like social media, professional networks, and industry events. - Build and Foster Relationships: Partner with engineers and executive leadership to support a seamless recruitment process, providing insights and feedback for continuous improvement. - Elevate Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, engaging experience for candidates, building relationships that reflect Eve’s commitment to people and innovation. - Data-Driven Reporting: Provide weekly updates on recruitment metrics, including funnel conversion rates, time to hire, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing data, to inform strategic decision-making. What We Are Looking For: - At least 7 years of in-house technical recruiting, with a proven track record recruiting for technical roles, infrastructure, platform engineering, and product management. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy, ensuring positive engagements with both candidates and internal teams. - Demonstrated experience partnering with engineers, product leaders, and executives in a startup environment, understanding the unique needs of a high-growth AI-focused organization. - Proficiency in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, with the ability to provide actionable insights and weekly updates on key performance indicators.
