Job Requirements
- 3+ years of recent paralegal experience in a U.S. law firm
- Experience supporting at least two practice areas (Litigation, Criminal, Estate Planning, Probate, Family Law, Immigration, Bankruptcy, Corporate, Employment, Personal Injury, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong legal writing, drafting, and proofreading skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a remote environment
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week
- Technical Skills Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Adobe Acrobat
- Electronic court filing (state and/or federal)
- Legal research experience
- Experience using legal case management software
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office
- Windows-based computer preferred
- Experience with Clio Manage or similar practice management software (Nice to Have)
- Trial preparation experience (Nice to Have)

Role Description The Paralegal provides critical support to attorneys in all phases of litigation and case management. A Paralegal typically supports two or more Attorneys, achieving minimum billable standards.
