Job Description

Head of Growth Marketing

Flex

• Lead and manage the Demand Gen team, ensuring strong execution across performance marketing, digital channels, and enterprise campaigns • Own paid acquisition across channels, including search, display, paid social, and retargeting. • Optimize CAC, payback period, and channel ROI through continuous experimentation and data-driven iteration. • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align on ICPs, pipeline goals, and campaign strategy • Act as the owner of Flex’s self-serve motion, responsible for top-of-funnel acquisition and fueling PLG growth • Partner with Product to drive activation experiments, onboarding flows, conversion optimization, and monetization strategy • Define and track growth KPIs across acquisition, activation, and revenue • Own Flex.one as a core growth surface, improving discoverability, performance, and conversion • Drive organic acquisition through technical SEO, structured content, and site optimization • Build visibility across AI-driven discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini through Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) • Develop and execute a clear product and brand marketing strategy that drives awareness, revenue, and sales enablement • Collaborate on product launches, crafting compelling messaging and providing materials to support Sales and partners • Drive Flex’s narrative through high-impact content across website copy, campaigns, organic, paid, email, press, and referral channels

Job Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, ideally in FinTech or a B2B SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Proven success scaling organizations from $50M → $100M → $200M + ARR
  • Demonstrated ability to scale self-serve acquisition, activation, and monetization
  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid acquisition, website optimization, and modern demand generation
  • Fluency in sales-led acquisition, intent-based targeting, personalization, trigger-based messaging, and predictive analytics
  • Strong strategic instincts grounded in research, data, and customer insights across campaigns, content, events, organic, paid, affiliate, and beyond
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Highly technical and comfortable implementing modern marketing and analytics tools
  • A collaborative, human-first leader with strong values, empathy, and a bias toward action
