Role Description MarketStar has an opening for a Program Manager who will be responsible for leading a sales and account management program focused on channel partner growth, distributor engagement, and VoIP/communications technology sales. This role will have direct responsibility for managing and enabling a team that supports partner-led revenue growth, account development, pipeline progression, and client sales objectives. The Program Manager will be expected to drive profitable growth, ensure achievement of revenue goals, and help build scalable operating rhythms across internal teams, client stakeholders, distributors, resellers, and value-added reseller partners. This role is ideal for a leader with experience in B2B sales, channel sales motions, telecommunications, VoIP, UCaaS, SaaS, or related technology solutions. Location: Remote - Utah What Will You Do? - Maintain leadership, program effectiveness, and team productivity through consistent coaching, performance management, and sales enablement. - Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance, sales strategies, and partner engagement plans. - Lead a channel-focused sales program supporting distributors, value-added resellers, technology partners, and partner account teams. - Develop and execute strategies that improve partner activation, pipeline creation, account mapping, opportunity progression, and revenue attainment. - Ensure the team achieves client sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Partner with client stakeholders to align on program priorities, KPI expectations, sales plays, enablement needs, and performance improvement plans. - Identify market trends, channel best practices, partner ecosystem opportunities, and operational efficiencies to optimize program strategy and execution. - Support sales motions related to VoIP, UCaaS, cloud communications, collaboration tools, telecom services, or related technology solutions. - Drive adoption of sales process discipline, including account planning, partner segmentation, lead follow-up, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and performance reporting. - Oversee administration of MarketStar programs, policies, procedures, and practices. - Use Salesforce.com and analytics reporting to manage quality, productivity, pipeline performance, partner activity, and success against client goals. - Translate client expectations into clear team priorities, coaching plans, reporting cadences, and operational actions. - Build strong working relationships across internal operations, recruiting, training, reporting, client success, and sales leadership teams. What Will You Need to Succeed? - Experience in sales leadership, account management leadership, channel sales, partner management, or technology sales program management. - Experience working with or supporting channel partners such as distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs, technology partners, or partner account teams. - Familiarity with VoIP, UCaaS, telecom, cloud communications, SaaS, IT services, collaboration platforms, or related B2B technology solutions. - Ability to understand partner sales motions, including account mapping, territory planning, pipeline development, partner enablement, and opportunity management. - Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, performance reporting, client management, and revenue accountability. - Experience with accounting, sales, finance, and human resources processes and procedures. - Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct projects across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, partners, executives, and front-line sales teams. - Ability to present concepts, program updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to various audiences. - Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing client needs, and excel in a team-oriented environment. - Strong coaching mindset with the ability to develop team members, reinforce process discipline, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Salesforce.com experience or experience using comparable CRM and reporting tools preferred. Role Description Collaborating with academic partners, faculty, and staff, the BSN Program Mentor provides proactive, student-centered support throughout the entirety of the BSN program. This role focuses on delivering Chamberlain Care by engaging students early and consistently, offering academic coaching, NCLEX-focused readiness strategies, and personalized reinforcement to support persistence, progression, and success. Working with students individually and in small groups, the BSN Program Mentor assesses learning styles, identifies strengths, and uncovers opportunities for academic growth. The mentor develops and implements individualized academic and NCLEX readiness plans while maintaining ongoing, proactive outreach to students across all stages of the program. At times, the mentor may also assume faculty responsibilities in virtual lab settings to support skill development and remediation.
