Job Description

eCom Funnel Builder

RZ HR Studio

Role Description Hiring for a Funnel Builder for a full-time remote role with a rapidly scaling eCommerce company that builds and scales consumer brands. Fixed monthly retainer of up to $1,000 USD. Love building funnels that actually convert? This one's for you 🚀 RZ HR Studio is on the hunt for a talented eCom Funnel Builder to join a fast-scaling eCommerce brand in our Remote Talent Network, and this is not your average landing page gig. We build complete e-commerce product funnels: advertorial, product page, and checkout, all working together to sell a product and drive real revenue. If you know your way around Funnelish, love moving fast, and can turn a template into a live funnel in about a day, we want to see what you've got. What You’ll Do - Build full product funnels: advertorial, product page, and checkout, using Funnelish. - Work primarily from templates and proven competitor structures, rebuilt in Funnelish. - Turn briefs into live, conversion-focused funnel pages, most built within a single day. - Execute A/B test variations quickly. - Collaborate with Creative and CRO teams to optimize performance. - Ensure pages are mobile-first, fast-loading, and user-friendly. - Maintain organized page assets and consistent brand standards. You’ll Thrive Here If - You've built e-commerce product funnels yourself, from advertorial to checkout, not just individual web pages. - You understand that great funnels are measured by conversions, not just aesthetics. - You can spin up a full funnel page in about a day using templates or references. - You're comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment. - You take ownership of your work and continuously look for ways to improve. What We’re Looking For - Strong hands-on experience building in Funnelish (this is the priority requirement). - A sample funnel you've built yourself that you can share a link to (advertorial, product page, and checkout flow, not just a landing page). - Experience with Checkout Champ and/or Shopify is a plus, but not required. - Experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude Design, Claude Code) with Liquid code to build on Shopify is a strong plus, if you have it. - Understanding of direct-response and conversion-focused design principles. - Ability to balance speed with quality. - Understanding of page structure, headlines, CTAs, and visual hierarchy. This Role Is Not For You If - Your experience is mainly building general web pages or landing pages, not full e-commerce product funnels. - You prioritize aesthetics over conversion performance. - You struggle with fast-paced environments or frequent iteration. - You require detailed direction on every project. - You aren't interested in using data to improve your work. Compensation & Benefits - Monthly Salary: $800–$1,000 USD. - Full time exclusive contract. - CET Work schedule.
