Job Summary: As a Procurement Expeditor, you will be responsible for order issuing and follow-up correspondence in support of TLS programs. Key Deliverables and Responsibility: - Submits electronic purchase orders and sale order confirmation to suppliers and customers within established timeframes. - Expedite purchase orders with vendors meeting established timeframe. - Communicate timely notification of date changes or delays to both agency and customers. - Resolve purchase order discrepancies with vendors and agency. - Process and record order acknowledgments in established timeframe.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in an administrative environment with expediting and procurement experience. May include military personnel who have been formerly trained or have relevant experience in lieu of civilian experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills. Must enjoy and be comfortable with engaging with customers to exchange information clearly and accurately in all situations.
- Highly meticulous and organized with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously with different requirements, adhering to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail is needed. Ability to review multiple orders and identify inconsistencies or incorrect data.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to shift focus as needed and initiate communication with vendors and resolve situations with customers.
- Required to be a U.S. Citizen or hold a permanent residency (green card holder)

- Salary Range: $38,000 - $49,000

Role Description The Virtual Inspection Specialist is responsible for the quality of all Property Data Collections with special considerations for both GSE & client specific sensitivities & requirements. The Virtual Inspection specialist will review virtual inspections submitted by third party partners and for certain clients, complete virtual inspections firsthand. Responsibilities: - Review for Virtual Inspections completed for errors and GSE/client specific inconsistencies. - Submit audit forms for each review completed. - Provide direct feedback to third party partners in instances where there is certainty around missed items. - Remain up to date with best Virtual Inspection practices as well as client & GSE specific sensitivities/requirements. - Promote a social environment whereby questions are asked when uncertainties surface. - Maintain quality that is in line with designated KPI targets (relates to both quality & speed). - Work with peers and the Virtual Inspection Specialist Team Lead to identify areas for process improvement. - Serve as an educational bridge to external operations groups on an as needed basis. - Facilitate the training and mentoring of any third party vendors with respect to the Virtual Inspection Process. - Provide support in the management of the knowledge compendium by submitting real time learnings. - Perform other duties as required by the Virtual Inspection Specialist Team Lead. - Document and properly notate all files with all touch points and relevant updates/communications. - Support in other QC areas as directed by the Virtual Inspection Specialist Team Lead or other leaders. • Responsible for all supply chain management activities within his/her project for all BOP equipment and spare parts • Prepares & applies common approach such as defining and applying of the contract requirements within the project • Coordinates on- and offshore procurement activities including turnkey sub-contracts • Develops Engineering Procurement Plan (EPP) and project-specific sourcing concept for each assigned project • Reviews and updates the purchasing strategy and the project specific sourcing concept • Verifies budget with Project Finance Manager and resolves budget allocation discrepancies • Executes large commercial transactions through supplier negotiation and competitive bidding • Understands the commercial part of the EPC contract and issues the project related purchasing conditions • Ensures that suppliers meet all contractual requirements related to documentation • Ensures that supplier quality / expediting has established the supplier monitoring-concept • Controls timely issuance of the purchase orders within budget
