Role Description The Virtual Inspection Specialist is responsible for the quality of all Property Data Collections with special considerations for both GSE & client specific sensitivities & requirements. The Virtual Inspection specialist will review virtual inspections submitted by third party partners and for certain clients, complete virtual inspections firsthand. Responsibilities: - Review for Virtual Inspections completed for errors and GSE/client specific inconsistencies. - Submit audit forms for each review completed. - Provide direct feedback to third party partners in instances where there is certainty around missed items. - Remain up to date with best Virtual Inspection practices as well as client & GSE specific sensitivities/requirements. - Promote a social environment whereby questions are asked when uncertainties surface. - Maintain quality that is in line with designated KPI targets (relates to both quality & speed). - Work with peers and the Virtual Inspection Specialist Team Lead to identify areas for process improvement. - Serve as an educational bridge to external operations groups on an as needed basis. - Facilitate the training and mentoring of any third party vendors with respect to the Virtual Inspection Process. - Provide support in the management of the knowledge compendium by submitting real time learnings. - Perform other duties as required by the Virtual Inspection Specialist Team Lead. - Document and properly notate all files with all touch points and relevant updates/communications. - Support in other QC areas as directed by the Virtual Inspection Specialist Team Lead or other leaders.
