Responsibilities - Process weekly and monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. - Calculate and process employee benefits, deductions, and tax withholdings accurately. - Liaise with HR and finance departments to gather and verify payroll information. - Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports and filings on schedule. - Ensure confidentiality and security of all payroll data and information. - Assist in payroll audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes.
