Role Description As one of our Quality Assurance Engineers, you will be part of the team responsible for the development of our flagship React and VueJS web apps as well as a world-leading Gen AI chatbot for the automotive industry, which will be accessed by car dealerships and car buyers worldwide. Our ideal candidate is passionate about building things and/or software/technology. We are looking for someone who’s a strong enough developer to write feature code, a strong enough tester to test anything and an advocate for maintaining a high-quality bar. You will write scripts to automate testing and create tools so developers can test their own code. You will also help drive automated testing practices to our squads. You'll work closely with the rest of the development team to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience. You'll have a huge impact on the quality of Seez’s suite of applications. Qualifications - A minimum of two years experience as a Test Automation Engineer. - Knowledge and experience of writing code. Writing scripts and small tools to help yourself and your team comes naturally to you. - Passion for test infrastructure and CI/CD. - Implemented and/or maintained test automation suites and have knowledge of a few test automation and debugging tools. - Excellent knowledge of web app QA processes and methodologies. - Comfortable digging into the architecture of systems looking for potential problems. - Ability to work with other developers to ensure that systems are designed for reliability, performance, and testability. - Willing to walk the extra mile and get out of your comfort zone to fulfill your goal of raising the quality bar at Seez. - Agile mindset, fast to adapt to constant changes and comfortable with it. - Experience with continuous integration and building continuous delivery pipelines with industry-standard tools (jenkins, github actions). • Design and implement a reusable approach to BTP Test Automation and the associated framework. • Coach and mentor others on the adoption of BTP Test Automation technologies and techniques. • Analyze and understand BTP Testing procedures and requirements. • Develop and execute BTP test plans, test cases, and automation, including manual testing when required. • Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and quality issues, utilizing logging, monitoring, and other tools to provide information upstream. • Regularly revisit BTP test cases and testing strategy to incorporate the latest product functionality based on rapid release plans for a multitude of products. • Report on and document BTP testing status and results. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the use and troubleshooting of BTP services. • Work closely with development and product teams to ensure solutions meet the highest standards of quality. • Operate from a third-party perspective, requiring excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams without creating friction. • Be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

• Define and own the quality strategy across supported pods, covering unit, integration, contract, end-to-end, performance, and resilience testing • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and quality gates integrated into CI/CD pipelines • Review and validate AI-assisted development outputs, helping teams adopt effective quality practices • Plan and execute non-functional testing aligned with DORA operational resilience expectations • Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure specifications are clear, testable, and meet acceptance criteria • Establish quality metrics, observability practices, and continuous improvement feedback loops • Coach and support transferring bank engineers in adopting modern automation approaches
