• Act as a technical resource for Cisco-based solutions in pre-sales engagements • Deliver solution overviews and enablement to internal teams and customers • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and support customer-facing efforts • Stay current with technology trends, products, and industry best practices through training, webinars, and collaboration with national practices • Create Solution diagrams, collect & analyze requirements data from customers, and perform other PreSales activities in support of engineering initiatives • Research technical issues, answer customer questions about products, technologies, solutions, and offerings from our OEM partners • Ensure quality and consistency of pre-sales deliverables by following standardized processes and workflows • Collaborate with other team members to provide solutions for Presidio’s customers • Work in a focused and directed manner to improve overall productivity & efficiency across Presidio’s PreSales team • Participate in meetings with customers and sales teams to collect technical requirements from Presidio customers and develop an appropriate technical solution • Assist in resolving pre-sales challenges and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction • Deliver client-facing status updates, presentations, and documentation throughout the sales cycle • Work collaboratively with Presidio, Cisco, and other key teams to drive opportunities • Assist in building and developing the Cisco sales pipeline by contributing to technical campaign support and go-to-market efforts

• Rapidly develop and deliver client-facing solutions, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Bills of Material (BOMs). • Collaborate with Sales and internal technical teams to translate client requirements. • Consult directly with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and document assumptions. • Partner with delivery and project teams to ensure sales-scoped solutions are actionable. • Maintain strong working knowledge of Corsica’s service catalog, core technologies, and evolving offerings. • Contribute to the evaluation of new products, services, and solution approaches. • Document time, activities, and progress in the PSA for visibility and accountability.

• Work with all business units to assess technology needs. • Build implementation plans to introduce new technologies to the organization or reconfigure existing technologies as needed following change management policies. • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents. • Design and implement solutions to meet business needs in Azure and other cloud platforms. • Be the escalation point for issues that are unable to be resolved by 1st and 2nd tier IT support. • Provide guidance and best practices regarding technologies pertaining to end user computing in a remote-first, cloud-first environment. • Work closely with the Security team to implement required security measures and controls. • Be available for on-call escalation support including weekends and holidays. • Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware and software issues. • Provide support for Windows desktops\laptops, MacBooks, printers, peripherals, networking infrastructure and other computer related devices. • Implement automation to remove manual dependencies across all IT functions. • Provide pertinent input during the change management process. • Work with 3rd party service providers to resolve issues as needed. • Participate in periodic maintenance and infrastructure improvement projects after hours, and on weekends. • Ensure all incidents are tracked in the Jira ticketing system. • Ensure consistent process implementation across the team through regular communication. • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Role Description We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect – EWM to join a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative for one of our international clients in the medical technology industry. In this role, you will: - Lead the design of the future SAP EWM solution as part of a broader digitalization and automation program focused on manufacturing operations in the Czech Republic. - Drive workshops, challenge business requirements, define future-state processes, and establish a scalable WM-to-EWM roadmap aligned with SAP best practices. - Work closely with both business and IT stakeholders to shape the target architecture and ensure alignment with parallel SAP EWM initiatives across multiple countries. Qualifications - Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM from process, configuration, and solution design perspectives. - Strong knowledge of SAP MM and PP integration. - Experience with Handling Units, RF solutions, MFS, warehouse automation, and production integration. - Extensive experience facilitating Fit-to-Standard workshops. - Ability to drive requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - 10+ years of SAP consulting experience. - At least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations. - Proven experience delivering EWM solutions in manufacturing or factory environments. - Located in Czechia, Slovakia, or Hungary. - Fluent English communication skills.
