Plan Administration Quality Coordinator
Medone Pharmacy Benefit Solutions
• Ensures consistent standards across pharmacy networks and software systems by developing and executing thorough test plans, documenting results, and collaborating closely with stakeholders. • Performing inspections and tests at various stages of plan design and pharmacy networks to identify defects or issues. • Creating and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. • Identifying workflow or production issues and proposing solutions. • Recording processes and documentation to support PLAD and Business Architecture. • Educating team members on quality standards and inspection processes. • Developing comprehensive software test plans outlining strategies, objectives, and resources. • Designing and executing manual and automated tests to identify bugs and ensure software functionality. • Documenting and reporting software defects, collaborating with software provider to resolve issues. • Verifying that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. • Monitoring and tracking quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts. • Working closely with software, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets user needs.
Job Requirements
- An associate’s degree in a relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in a Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment, with preferred experience in claims processing systems, plan design system implementation, or pharmacy network system management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards is highly preferred.
