Research and resolve claim processing and eligibility issues - Serve as an intermediary between healthcare organizations and members in facilitating patient care - Compile and record information and correspondence related to member needs or requirements - Document engagement outcomes and steps taken with clarity and concision - Think quickly on one’s feet while navigating multiple systems to effectively engage with members - Work collaboratively and cooperatively with other departments to resolve issues and improve the member, physician, and pharmacy experience - Effectively work through difficult conversations with members while maintaining composure, showing empathy, and displaying active listening skills What you will bring to MedOne: - An active CPhT (Pharmacy Tech Certification) is highly encouraged but not required. - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products. - Willingness to obtain certification as a pharmacy technician within one year of hire. - Excellent customer service and teamwork skills. - Flexibility with scheduling, including rotating Saturdays and evening shifts - Reliability and punctuality. - Spanish speaking abilities are highly valued for this role.
