Role Description The Managed Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating service operations, inventory management, parts fulfillment, and customer support activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers, managing service-related requests, RMA processing, inventory accuracy, procurement activities, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service.
