Job Description

Solution Architect, Pre-Sales

Syniti

• Evangelize our unique methodology and solutions for data management and digital transformation • Develop and execute innovative and appealing product demonstrations within Syniti-owned environments • Curate content relevant to showcasing product features within demo environments • Develop appropriate ROMs and Resource Plans to support delivery project requirements • Educate current and prospective clients about the value of our data management solutions, speaking with the authority of an industry expert and thought leader • Design bespoke programs and solutions in response to client scenarios, identifying the optimal mix of software and services to secure client success • Align closely with the client account executives to ensure that solutions are differential and create superior value • Align closely with the consulting services organization to ensure that solutions are appropriately scoped • Design and develop resource estimates in partnership with consulting services • Act as a recognized industry leader by publishing articles, speaking with analysts, and presenting at trade shows • Support bespoke proof-of-concept or pilot solutions in customer environments in support of strategic deals • Establish and leverage partner relationships where appropriate • Support multiple GTM channels (direct, partner, SAP)

Job Requirements

  • Deep experience with Syniti products/services or related Enterprise Data products/services
  • Industry expert with regards to SAP tools, products, data models, challenges and solutions
  • Recognized leader in enterprise information management, including data migration, data quality management, data governance, and master data management
  • Experience leading multiple full-lifecycle data initiatives from conception through successful go-live
  • Proven ability to drive strategic customer conversations with client leadership teams
  • Proven ability to design leading-edge value-based solutions working with consulting, sales and partners
  • Proven ability to translate prospective customer’s objectives into solutions enabled by our products/consultants
  • Knowledge of business models, operating models, cost-benefit analysis and risk management
  • Ability to identify business value and to develop business cases for strategic data initiatives
  • Understanding of existing, new and emerging technologies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
  • Impeccable public speaking skills and experience working directly with executive decision makers
  • Self-starter with independent drive and ability to deliver results under pressure
  • Ability to accommodate position requirements of up to 25% + travel
