• Build and operate cloud development environments and execution platforms for engineers and AI agents. • Scale Kubernetes-based worker pools, control planes, and APIs for parallel and asynchronous workloads. • Improve AirDev validation so engineers and agents can test changes quickly before CI. • Strengthen source-control and code-review systems as PR volume, automation, and concurrency grow. • Improve developer workflows across build, test, dependency management, and polyglot monorepo tooling. • Diagnose production issues across distributed systems, networking, storage, and orchestration • Setting technical direction and making high-stakes architectural decisions with significant ambiguity • Mentoring engineers on the team and raising the quality bar through code review and design feedback

• Establish yourself as a technical expert in embedded networking products, mainly BlueField and ConnectX product lines, directly supporting sales account and program managers, working closely with the team to secure design wins • Demonstrate self-sufficiency by proactively identifying solutions, independently mastering new technologies, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate your development and productivity, and driving projects with minimal supervision • Engage with strategic customers and partners to train, design, build, and productize solutions based on our networking products • Identify customer architectures and key product and production requirements with regard to AI networking at hyperscale, software-defined networking, and the latest GPU hardware • Represent the group in cross-org/leadership and customer technical discussions

• Endpoint Service Coordination: Partner with Raytheon functional partners and Enterprise Services teams to identify, prioritize, and execute endpoint updates and initiatives effectively. • User Experience Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for end-users, ensuring that endpoint technologies are meeting their needs and performance expectations. • Raytheon Representation: Represent Raytheon during Enterprise governance boards. Understand Raytheon’s needs and represent them as the official voice for Raytheon when approving changes at the Enterprise level. • User Acceptance Testing Management: Establish and manage Raytheon’s User Acceptance Test community, ensuring changes are tested thoroughly before rolling out to the general community. • Performance Issue Resolution: Act as a technical evaluator and escalation point for users experiencing performance issues with their endpoint assets, ensuring prompt resolution. • Compliance Alignment: Ensure that all endpoint solutions and processes adhere to RTX’s compliance standards, including security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

• Design, implement, and manage core components of the sensor infrastructure: network communication stack, connection lifecycle and traffic management, cryptographic integration, content distribution, and secure on-device storage. • Own your project end-to-end, from design through production validation on Windows, Linux, and macOS, including testing and rollback. • Ensure technical integration with sensor, cloud communications, and policy teams; proactively manage interface contracts and quickly identify critical changes. • Write technical proposals and design documents. • Lead design reviews in your domain and provide constructive feedback that contributes to the team's continuous improvement. • Represent the team's technical position in cross-organizational planning and architecture discussions; clearly communicate trade-offs and risks to engineering, product, and program teams. • Participate in planning; help define project scope, identify dependencies, and report technical risks promptly. • Mentor and coach junior engineers through direct feedback, pair programming, and collaborative code and design reviews. • Analyze and resolve production incidents and complex escalations; develop shared knowledge of failure modes across the system fleet. • Drive improvements in end-to-end testing and validation for components subject to strict correctness and reliability requirements.
