Endpoint Engineering Lead, Digital Workplace Services

• Endpoint Service Coordination: Partner with Raytheon functional partners and Enterprise Services teams to identify, prioritize, and execute endpoint updates and initiatives effectively. • User Experience Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for end-users, ensuring that endpoint technologies are meeting their needs and performance expectations. • Raytheon Representation: Represent Raytheon during Enterprise governance boards. Understand Raytheon’s needs and represent them as the official voice for Raytheon when approving changes at the Enterprise level. • User Acceptance Testing Management: Establish and manage Raytheon’s User Acceptance Test community, ensuring changes are tested thoroughly before rolling out to the general community. • Performance Issue Resolution: Act as a technical evaluator and escalation point for users experiencing performance issues with their endpoint assets, ensuring prompt resolution. • Compliance Alignment: Ensure that all endpoint solutions and processes adhere to RTX’s compliance standards, including security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience
- Experience with Windows OS; endpoint management software including Intune and SCCM; endpoint security and response tools including Microsoft Defender; patch and update management; and software packaging and deployment.
- Experience with evaluation of hardware performance and identifying issues for correction.
- Experience in IT service delivery, particularly in endpoint management, digital workplace services, or end-user support.
- U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
